Hybrid Classes
Our Hybrid Classes combine strength training, cardio, and functional movements to deliver a total body workout that empowers you to push beyond your limits! These dynamic sessions blend high-intensity intervals with targeted strength exercises, creating a perfect balance between building muscle and burning calories. Designed to be more intense than our traditional SGPT sessions, these classes are challenging on cardiovascular fitness and endurance but can be adapted to those who are just starting out on their fitness journey.
FULL BODY STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
- This class focuses on the Deadlift movement, working on the HINGE technique. You will be practising form, technique and tempo alongside a full body workout to maximise the muscles trained!

- This class focuses on the Hip Thrust movement, working on the HINGE technique. You will be practicing form, technique and tempo alongside a lower body workout to build your glutes and legs!

SGPT is not just a small class - it is personal training delivered in small groups of up to 8 people per session where you are taught how to progress through weight training both safely and effectively, just like you would in a 1-to-1 PT session.
