What is SGPT?

Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) sessions are the absolute KEY to training optimally & progressing in your fitness journey here at EmpowHER.

SGPT is not just a small class - it is personal training delivered in small groups of up to 8 people per session where you are taught how to progress through weight training both safely and effectively, just like you would in a 1-to-1 PT session.

FULL BODY STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
